The first new perfume to be launched in 12 years by Paris oldest perfume house demanded a memorable and elegant event. Corporate Events we tasked to source the venue, a converted button factory. This required a complete transformation that reflected the sophistication of the brand. Corporate Events based the theme for the event on the perfume’s above the line advertising campaign. To enhance the ambience of the room, Corporate Events used modern lighting techniques to produce a stunning launch event.
Solution
To deliver a true sense of theatre and drama for a product launch, Corporate Events ensured that the entrance to the event was truly dramatic - with dry ice, floating Christmas trees and other décor, the venue itself was transformed into an elegant white space, with soft purple lighting that complemented the launch of the brand.
Corporate Events used high impact video projections and a stunning presentation video to set the scene. The product reveal was accompanied by pyrotechnics and a stunning fire and light display by Cirque Bijou. Post event Corporate Events were invited to produce the Guerlain Annual National Sales Conference and the launch of the men’s fragrance. Guerlain have said ‘I would only ever use Corporate Events in the future’
