This was simply the most important launch event for the ‘Castrol’ brand in its 109 years and took place over three locations in Geneva & Montreux, Switzerland.
With 300 of Castrol’s most important European Customers invited into the same room, the stakes would be very high!
Corporate Events were selected as the production company of choice, over and above the clients incumbent and suppliers in Switzerland, to deliver this series of prestigious events. The supplier selection process scored Corporate Events ‘top marks’ across the selection criteria, including creativity, flexibility and budget.
Corporate Events presented a whole ‘more than’ theme that was used as a hook and repetitive riff to portray the brand as “more than” an engine oil and as an industry leader and global brand throughout the series of events.
Solution
With only 3 weeks to produce three shows in two days and build in both Geneva and Montreaux, the Corporate Events team worked every hour to deliver a stunning launch event with stylish graphics projected onto a super-wide 30ft screen. The management and detail in producing this event was simply first class and shone through in the final productions. Client comments included ‘brilliant - fantastic – superb’
