Nationwide Building Society’s retail conference is one of the highlights of their events calendar and with their CEO due to retire imminently, this event had even more pressure and importance for everyone concerned.

Corporate Events were asked to provide an impressive stage set with a business feel during the day then, in a period of just 90 minutes, to ‘totally transform’ the room from a business presentation format to an evening dinner and awards format. 

Solution
Corporate Events designed and built a triple screen set with semi-circular staging to show DVD footage and images from across the retail network. We deployed high quality projection and switching equipment to enhance the professionalism of the show and our highly experienced crew to handle and manage the presentations. During the evening Corporate Events worked with the client to transform the room. From room decoration and speciality table linen through to LED lighting, we created a particular colour scheme and mood for the evening. The final speeches made this an evening to remember for everyone.
